How we sell

You get the parcel number before you ask for it. Search it at the lands registry before you pay anything.

You hear what is wrong with a plot. The road that floods, the water that is bowsered in January, the beacon that needs a surveyor.

You are not rushed. If nothing we have fits what you want, we will say so.

What we sell

• Plots: residential and commercial, from 40 × 60 up to a quarter acre, mostly in Juja Farm, Ruiru and Thika.
• Homes: finished bungalows, maisonettes and mansionettes in gated communities.
• Apartment blocks: tenanted buildings for investors, with the rent roll opened up to you properly.
• Commercial land: junction and road-frontage plots for shops and rentals.

Site visits

KSh 1,500, any day of the week. We walk the boundary with you and you talk to the neighbours yourself. If you are abroad, we do the same walk on a live video call at a time that suits you. See buying from abroad.
